Rachel Rippe Signs Letter of Intent with the Bobcats

(PERU, NE) Johnson-Brock High School volleyball standout Rachel Rippe has signed a letter of intent to play for the Peru State Bobcats next fall according to Bobcats head coach Lexie Turnbull. Rippe was named Associated Press Honorable Mention All-State last fall as she helped lead the Johnson-Brock Eagles to a District Runner-Up finish. The 5-11 middle hitter recorded 204 kills last season with a .363 hitting percentage.

"I'm very excited to have Rachel join us," said Turnbull. "She will be an asset to the volleyball program and to Peru State College for the next four years." Rippe plans to major in Graphic Design at Peru State.

PSC's "Campus of a Thousand Oaks," an arboretum campus, is nestled in historic southeast Nebraska. The state's first and fastest-growing college, Peru State offers a unique mix of innovative online and traditional classroom undergraduate and graduate programs, including online graduate degrees in education and organizational management.
