Head Football Coach Terry Clark will be
heading into his seventh year this fall. As a native of Auburn, Clark has
strong ties to Peru State as both a student-athlete and as a coach. He
was a member of the 1990 NAIA National Championship team and worked as
the Bobcats’ defensive coordinator during the 2000 season under Dick
Strittmatter. Clark returned to the ‘Cats after spending 2001 as the
defensive coordinator at Dakota State University in Madison, S.D. Clark
also spent two seasons at Dakota State as the defensive secondary coach.
Prior to his time at Dakota State, Clark spent three seasons as the
defensive secondary coach at the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D. In
addition, he worked as the special teams coach at Auburn High School in
1991.
Clark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and
Social and Behavioral Science from the University of Mary in 1996. He
earned his Masters degree in Education from Peru State College in 2006.
Clark and his wife Anita have two daughters, Emily (10) and Abbey (6).
They reside in Peru. |

Coach Ramsey is no stranger to
Peru State football having been a member of the Bobcats
squad as a 4-year letterman and team captain from
1975-1978. Ramsey earned his B.S. in Physical Education
from Peru State and then completed his M.S. Degree in
Physical Education at Northwest Missouri State University.
Ramsey began his football
coaching career as a prep assistant and Head Coach with
stops at West Point (NE) and Mound City (MO). He then moved
to the collegiate ranks as the Head Coach at North Iowa
Community College (NIACC). During his 17 year stint he
amassed an impressive 110-58-1 record which included seven
bowl appearances. Ramsey sent numerous players on to NCAA
DI institutions, with several moving on to the NFL ranks as
well. His coaching experience and offensive line expertise
is a great addition to the Bobcat coaching staff.

Season at Peru: 4th
Entering his fourth season at Peru State College, Coach Craig will again
coach the Bobcat Line Backers. He made the switch to line backers after
coaching the Defensive Line in 2005.
Craig came to Peru State from Dakota Wesleyan University. In his three
seasons at DWU he coached the quarterbacks (in 2003 he coached the #7
ranked quarterback in the NAIA) and Receivers, as well as the
Secondary.
Coach Craig has extensive experience as both a professional player and
coach in Europe. This past summer, Coach Craig was the Head Coach of
the Winterthur Warriors
(Switzerland), the 13th ranked team in Europe.
He was the Head Coach of the Roskilde Kings (Denmark) the previous season,
as well as being the Offensive Coordinator for the Ferrara
Aquile (Italy) in 2004.
As a player, he was the quarterback for both the Bolzano Giants (Italy) and
the Aquile.
Coach Craig graduated from UNLV with a degree in Hotel / Restaurant
Management. |

Coach Thompson-Krug is currently attending Peru State College to earn a
Special Education Degree with a coaching endorsement.
Jake has assisted the Bobcats with filming and the
offensive line since his freshman year.
He currently lives in Peru, Nebraska. |

Coach Diekmann is entering his first year of coaching football at Peru
State after playing four seasons (2003-06) for the Bobcats.
Diekmann earned a starting spot all four years. He
was named to the 2006 All-CSFL squad as an offensive lineman and was
also named a member of the NAIA All-Nebraska team.
Coach Diekmann will graduate from Peru State in
December, 2007 with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education with a
coaching endorsement.

Toby Henry

Coach Henry graduated in 1999 from Stafford (TX) High School.
He attended and played football for Peru State College from 2000-2004. He
was named first team All-CSFL in 2002. He also holds the school record
for the most passing yards in one game (464 vs. Iowa Wesleyan, 2003).
After graduating from Peru State College in May of 2004 with a Bachelor of
Science in Sports Management, he went to Denmark to play for the
Roskilde Kings. While in Denmark, Henry was the quarterback coach and
assistant offensive coordinator for the Junior Roskilde Kings, leading
the team to their first championship game. From Denmark he traveled to
Germany to play football for the Langenfeld Longhorns. Henry was
captain and broke all previous team passing records. He also helped
coach the Langenfeld Longhorns Junior team.
After returning from Germany, he was a substitute teacher in Las Vegas,
NV. He then went back overseas to Vienna, Austria to play quarterback
for the Dodge Vikings. The Vikings had a record of 13-1 and were
crowned European champions.
Most recently, Coach Henry returned from playing quarterback in Hohenems,
Austria for the Cinneplexx Blue Devils.
Coach Henry plans to continue his education at Peru State College to earn
his Bachelors degree in Physical Education 7-12 and be an assistant
football coach for the Bobcats. |

Coach Kirby is entering his first year of coaching after playing four
seasons (2003-06) for the Bobcats. Kirby, a native of Glenwood, Iowa,
was named to the All-CSFL second team at the center position in 2006.
Coach Kirby is currently taking classes at Peru
State College to earn a Secondary Education Degree and a coaching
endorsement. He is married and lives in Peru with his wife Kristin. |

Coach Johnson is entering his first year of coaching after a four year
career at defensive tackle for Peru State College.
Coach Johnson is originally from Omaha, Nebraska. He attended and
graduated from Omaha South High School in 2003. His
current major at Peru State College is Social Science Teaching
with a coaching endorsement.
Johnson was nominated for all-conference and was also selected to play in
the first annual Victory Sports Network Senior All-Star Classic.
